Residents and property owners of the greater Angel Fire, Eagle Nest, and Black Lake area may obtain a library card by bringing in a valid photo id and proof of residency/property ownership. Children, birth to age eighteen years of age need the signature of a parent or legal guardian to obtain a library card.
The Shuter Library membership policy includes both paid and unpaid memberships.
All memberships include a 30 day loan period, full access to the Children's and Young Adult materials, and free WiFi. The benefits of each membership level are outlined below.
