Nuckoll’s Brewing Company is opening May 2025 in Angel Fire!
With existing locations in Santa Fe and Lamy, Nuckolls features award winning beers produced with a focus on sustainability by donating spent grain to local ranchers for livestock feed, using blue corn from the Santa Anna Pueblo Grain Mill for one of our core beers, and the tap room floors are made with wood from reclaimed fire damaged trees by Old Wood Company of Las Vegas, NM.
The Angel Fire location will house a 20 barrel brewing facility and a canning line along with a tap room featuring our beers and food made on site.
