Nuckolls Brewing Co. opens May 2025 in Angel Fire!
With existing locations in Santa Fe and Lamy, Nuckolls features award-winning beers produced with a focus on sustainability. Nuckolls donates its spent grain to local ranchers for livestock feed, and uses blue corn from the Santa Ana Pueblo Grain Mill for one of its core beers, the “175,” a blue corn lager made in partnership with the Santa Fe New Mexican to celebrate its 175th anniversary. The wood floors at Nuckolls Angel Fire are made from reclaimed fire damaged trees from northern New Mexico. Nuckolls Angel Fire houses a 20-barrel brewing facility and a canning line, and features a tap room offering delicious house-made pub fare along with a full bar.
