After 62 years of continuous service to Raton and Colfax County the owners of Title Services, Inc. have decided to retire. We have enjoyed serving all of you these many decades and it has been our immense pleasure to have worked with you on your real estate transactions and needs.

We have sold our company to Title Services, Colfax, LLC and look forward to them providing you with the professional services you have come to expect from our company over the years. The new owners are Matthew and Kelsey Height who have been respected members of the title industry for many years. Joining them at this location is Christopher Stachura, who is a licensed real estate attorney. In addition, our current staff: Marie Trujillo, Escrow Officer, Robynn Gonzales Salazar, Title Agent and Lead Researcher, and Elaine Gonzales, Title Agent and Commitment Specialist will remain with the company providing over 84 years of combined experience.

We are excited about this transition and ask that you please join us in welcoming the new owners, Matthew, Kelsey, and Christopher to Raton and Colfax County.
