The Village of Angel Fire is run by a Mayor/Council government.
Streets, water, sewer, and solid waste are owned and operated by the Village. The Angel Fire Community Center, Allen Fields, the Angel Fire Fire Department, the Angel Fire Police Department and the Angel Fire Visitor Center are also operated by the Village. Electricity, propane and internet are not departments of the village. Hwy 434 ( Mountain View Blvd.) that runs through the middle of the village is owned and operated by the state of New Mexico.
